Cancellations + Rescheduling

At HN hair I strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for my Guests. I understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel. As a courtesy, I ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be given 48 hours notice of your already scheduled appointment. Any cancellation made after the 48 hour required cancellation period will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Additionally, no-shows and same day cancellations will be charged a 20% fee.
Email and text reminders for your scheduled appointments are sent as an added convenience.
*Please note: When you receive your text/email reminder you are required to reply “Yes” to confirm. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you cancel the existing appointment as soon as possible and reschedule for another date. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This 48 hour courtesy notification enables me to schedule other guests, and in turn, maintains availability of services for you and others.

Return Policy
I do not issue refunds on salon services. However, I strive to give the utmost satisfaction to you and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, I will make every effort to ensure I rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact me within 7 days so I may address these concerns in a timely fashion.
Salon Products – I strive to choose the best products to help maintain your hair's health and style. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from date of sale and I will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that I am unable to offer refunds on products. I will gladly share my knowledge on how to use any products I offer, and I appreciate your support of my small business!

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide your full service. I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time available, however if excessively late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, and you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
If I do not hear from you 10 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a 'no-show' and you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
