Welcome to HN hair — your breath of fresh air in St. Johns Town Center! My studio is a curated space with relaxing and refreshing vibes to enhance your experience. With over two decades of hair styling mastery under my belt, I bring a special touch as a Hair Color and Extension Specialist. Let's embark on a journey of beauty together!
New Guest Form
Your first visit with me will be more in depth and will include more time and attention. To book your appointment you may select any of the "New Guest" service options on my scheduler or fill out the New Guest Form below to share more info and receive a service recommendation.
At your first visit we will create a maintenance plan for the ongoing upkeep - see Existing Guest service menu for pricing options.

The experience begins by filling out my New Guest Form to give more details and ensure your first visit is seamless. Once your request is received, I will email you back within 24 hours to book your appointment. After booking your appointment, you will be emailed a New Guest packet. Looking to refresh a dimensional brunette color? Or a base color and ends refresh, restoring moisture and richness to your hair? Includes a signature haircut OR max repair treatment. 2.5 Hours

This service is perfect for someone looking for a dimensional blonde or bronde or looking to get rid of brassiness. This is also ideal for someone looking to transition to a lighter color gradually, over multiple sessions. Includes a signature haircut OR max repair treatment. 3 Hours

New Guest
Ultimate Session
This one's for you if you're looking to go significantly lighter, are ready for a big change, or have super long or thick hair. This session gives the most time for a full color reworking, and is needed if your hair has not been colored in over 6 months. Includes a signature haircut OR max repair treatment. 4 Hours

The day of your appointment ...
When you first arrive inside the Sola Salons, St Johns Town Center, you will follow the hallway to the right and my room #107 will be about half way down on your right.

During your first visit we will discuss your hair goals, lifestyle and budget to ensure the perfect, customized hair experience for you! We will be thorough, spending 10-15 minutes making sure we are on the same page and understand each other, then talk about your maintenance plan and any long-term hair goals. I will then custom blend colors for you and make note of them for future reference. Every step of the way I choose top of the line hair color and products to ensure the healthiest, long lasting results.

Bring a book, TV show or laptop to keep you busy. It's my belief that your time in my studio is yours to spend how you please. With a warm coffee, cold beverage or wine in hand you are sure to be comfortable. Each visit will include a personalized styling lesson where we will discuss the tools, products and techniques used to achieve the look.

After your services are completed I will wrap up by discussing our future visits and give recommendations for at home care that will keep your hair looking and feeling its best.

Parking
I am located inside of Sola Salons in the St. Johns Town Center, near Target. There is conveniently a large parking lot in front of Sola Salons and Old Navy - you are free to choose from any of the many rows of parking available, all at no charge.

Payment
I accept all major debit and credit cards. In addition, I also accept contactless payments (tap), as well as Apple Pay.
HN hair is a cashless salon - you may pay for your service in cash, but change can not be provided.

Policies
Cancellations & Late Arrivals:
I appreciate a 48 hour notice for all cancellations, in order to leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone on my waitlist. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment, a fee of $50 will be required before rebooking your appointment. If you no-show without notice for a scheduled appointment, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment in advance without a 100% service deposit.
If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible by texting 904-472-3884. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you - however some aspects of your appointment may be adjusted.

Adjustments & Refunds:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere.
